I had a great first class! The instructor, Kristen, was helpful in guiding me through what class would be like, and did a great job suggesting modifications during practice. The studio was clean, organized, and the changing area was nicely kept. I'm looking forward to returning today, and becoming a Black Tag member!
CorePower is accessible to beginners and intermediate practitioners alike. The atmosphere is friendly and (of course) warm.

All of the instructors are friendly, positive and knowledgeable. I really enjoy coming to any class, but my favorites are Scult and Hot Power Fusion.
Parking is always available for free just underground. The location is awesome and after class, I can run through Commonwealth Joe for a fantastic coffee and then into Whole Foods :)
The well designed, equipped and clean studios. The variety of classes and instructors. Though, do wish a 'Yoga Sculpt' was offered mid-day.

First name removed B's classes are AWESOME! So creative and well thought out. I like that she explains our peak pose at the beginning and/or total number of attempts we will have throughout class to do a certain pose.
