The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nice approach to yoga practice, including offering hands on adjustments to improve poses. Very clean changing rooms and showers are nicely stocked with shampoo, liquid soaps, etc.

Kelsey on Tues nights is awesome. I am new to yoga and her teaching and support has given me confidence to grow outside my comfort zone!

I think most, if not all, the instructors are great. I have rarely had a class where I didn't like the flow and queues. The space is clean and spacious and the locker rooms are immaculate.

Studio is nice, the teachers are professional and friendly. This is a smaller studio which somehow feels a little more personal than some of the largest studios. I like their product sale!
