75 minutes c2 and it was great flow with heart and hip openers and Emily is a great teacher hopefully I can visit again and take her class when I’m in the area

I've been a core power yoga member for a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about the studio, instructors and atmosphere! It's a very welcoming and positive place to be. I have and will continue to recommend it to others.
Love the studio. I split my time between sculpt, Bikram and running. I LOVE Hope's sculpt classes. They're challenging and different each time. She's my fav! DeDee is a great instructor too. I've taken her Core 2 class.

Andrea led a great class. I'm an experienced Spinning instructor and really appreciate a dedicated and passionate instructor in any type of class. We were visiting for the Army 10-Miler and the class was perfect for us. Great facility, great location and, most importantly, great people. Friendly, welcoming and warm.
