Love Shari’s HPF classes!

I love the variety of classes offered at core power. Having 1 membership that enables me to take different types of yoga classes (1 even with weights!) is a great value and the instructors at Pentagon city are phenomenal! The class schedule offers lots of convenient class times. I am an early riser and like that there are options at both 6 and 6:30

Clean location. Yoga teachers and desk staff and welcoming and friendly. Classes are enjoyable, challenging and relaxing all at once.

The array of classes is great. I would like to learn/practice more poses like fish, mermaid, and others that aren't in the regular repertoire.

I love the CPY instructors! Each of them has their own vibe and kind way of coaching me through my practice. I appreciate the educational context they provide throughout class and even their playlists :).

I primarily take classes with Shari, Amber, and Ramona and they are fantastic!

Love the location, easy parking, nice facilities and great instructors. I recently came back from a bad knee injury and was understandably worried about my first class. The instructor was great and understanding and I can't wait to come back again soon.

I love this location! The team is always friendly and the studios are the cleanest I've seen! There is something about this space that keeps me coming back even when there are locations much closer to home!

Store always has a great selection of clothing and accessories. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Always willing to assist or offer advice.

The instruction is very clear and the pace of the workouts is great. I recently gave up my black tag membership though. I really need more restorative or Yin yoga than flow. If Core Restore were more widely available I’d have kept it.

Great class - kicked my butt - couldn’t keep up though because I’m pregnant AND have a severed ACL! The only thing I don’t like about this studio is that parking costs an extra $2 on top of the already high cost of the class

Consistency of quality instructors. Always good! Freedom to let instructors change the routine at time (especially in C2...love it!)

Great instructor

Consistently enthusiastic instructors with unique practices. I thought of all the CPY I have ever been to, this one had the dirtiest bathroom/locker room area. Sink covered in hair and soap, dusty lockers filled with random hair balls. Also was surprised they no longer had a military discount for drop ins, although it is advertised on website.

I love the instructors and their overall yearn to teach and connect with students. I enjoy the merchandise available, and the workshops/events held outside of regular classes.

It's like you took everything about a gym membership that sucks and eliminated it. GREAT business model. It's so nice to just pop into a class without having to reserve a spot. Or worrying about being stuck paying for a class that you thought you were going to make it to, but couldn't. The fact that you have per class, multiple class passes, and a monthly membership are all awesome. No extra "sign up" fees. Haven't tried to quit the black tag membership yet, but if I needed to, the agreement doesn't look like it means I will be billed for several months after I've said I need to quit. ALL GOOD THINGS. The ability to seamlessly use multiple locations on one membership is key. Every location I've been to has been the same quality experience, which is also impressive. Retail area is expensive, but all the items are really high quality.
