I took a couple of classes at the studio, and all the instructors were very professional and friendly.
The studio is clean and it feels calmer more over easy to access from the metro don't need to park it's a very convenient place. Good luck team!

Great instructors and C2, strength X and sculpt are so well organized and planned, love the rhythm of the class and the fact that it feels like a full body workout.
The teachers are fantastic and play good music. I haven’t taken a class with an instructor at this location that I haven’t loved.
The Hot Yoga room actually gets hot, and the instructor (think her name was Kirby?) absolutely crushed it!

I love this studio. Teachers like Bianca, SJ, and Cambre are a huge part of why I keep coming back, and it’s not just them because the entire team is amazing. The studio is one of the cleanest and most welcoming spaces in the Virginia area, and every class is such a great experience. Truly the best.
