I’ve been coming here consistently for two months now and have seen the best results with the red light therapy. My skin is glowing and feeling fresh right after. The sauna has helped with my immunity greatly now, I haven’t gotten a common cold in over two months now. I work with children at a school and I was constantly getting sick but I really feel like the sauna has helped me decrease my chances of getting sick by a lot. All the suites are clean and ready for you to just sit back and relax. The staff is always kind and helpful as well.
