We have had experiences with two Lightbridge Academies and the one in Edison is much better run. The Lightbridge in Baldwin has wonky AC units and the toddler room is so hot I can see the sweat dripping from the teachers faces and the air is musty. The summer camp teacher for pre-k was let go early and we weren't properly informed. The summer camp in Baldwin did far fewer activities and the room was a makeshift room (it was the spare room) and didn't have cubbies for everyone. The face recognition hasn't been operating since June 2026 and apparently hasn't been working long before that. The teachers changed in the toddler class and we weren't informed. My family and I still love Lightbridge overall, the set up, the camera access, the teachers overall however the difference in communication and operation is palpable and it would be nice to see improvements at Baldwin!
All of the staff are friendly and communicative about anything and everything pertaining to our kids.
I'm confused on the app how to directly contact teachers if we need to talk about something quick.
The communication from staff and administration is beyond what we could have asked for. As a first time parent putting your child in daycare is very hard, but my son is thriving at Lightbridge and we feel so confident in the learning and care he receives. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the children and the administration goes out of their way to make sure parents are always in the loop.
We love the staff at Lightbridge! Everyone is caring and kind. The curriculum is great and he is learning great.
The program has really helped my son now to no how to write ABC and 123 etc and can now help some of his friends and sister to say ABC..Z and write them Thanks to Ms Carol and Ms Marie for their dedicated support,time and effort for helping the kids to be disciplined and knowing their manners too.Am so proud and happy for my son being in Lightbridge Academy at North Brunswick . I thank the whole team for their dedication and commitment for helping my son.
The staff and the teachers are great my daughter loves it here 😌
Ms. Shey had been a breath of fresh air in Brown Bears and has made the transition so easy for us. Her room is full of fun, routines, adventure, and independence and we really couldn't ask for anything more!

I love how I feel like my daughter is safe at this school, and she learns so much! The teachers she has had have been beyond amazing, the admin team is great and respond so quickly and attentively! My daughter loves it here and so do we!
Lightbridge Academy has been wonderful for my 13 month-old son. They keep him very busy throughout the day, the teachers are caring and their app is very transparent with updates during his day.
We especially appreciate the communication from the staff and the safe, nurturing environment they provide. They do a great job balancing learning, play, and social development while making the children feel cared for and supported.
From the moment you walk in, the center is filled with bright, welcoming decorations and positive messages that create an exciting environment for the children. It truly makes them eager to come to school each day.
My daughter is in the infant program, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Riya, Ms. Suki, and Ms. Asia. They are incredibly communicative and engaging throughout the day, both through the app and during drop-off and pick-up. As a new parent navigating daycare for the first time, their consistent communication gives me tremendous peace of mind and confidence that my daughter is being cared for by such dedicated and compassionate teachers.
Communication is so important when you have an infant and are beginning a new daycare journey, and these teachers excel in that area. They are truly a tremendous asset to the program.
The administration team is equally outstanding. Everyone is welcoming, approachable, and responsive. Any questions, concerns, or issues are addressed promptly and followed through completely.
After touring many childcare centers in the area, we found this center to be the cleanest, safest, and most well-maintained facility we visited in Bucks County. We are so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it to other families.
We couldn’t be happier with the Lightbridge in Manalapan. Our 10 month old son is in the Young Infant room and absolutely loves going each day. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is in such caring and attentive hands. The teachers are wonderful, communicative, and genuinely invested in his happiness and development. We’ve been so impressed with the level of care and would highly recommend this daycare to any family!
All staff are very caring to all parents and children who walks into the building.

Kiran and Ayesha have been wonderful teachers. They are caring, patient, and supportive, and they have created a warm and welcoming environment for the children. We really appreciate the time and effort they put into making learning fun and engaging.

Back up care and day care programs
I am fully satisfied with the program. What stands out most is the attention to detail in everything — from daily activities to how the staff handles each child. Communication is clear and helpful, and I always feel heard. Most importantly, my child is happy and excited to go every day, and I have complete peace of mind about safety.
I enrolled my son at Lightbridge Academy's North Brunswick location, and it was his first time being away from me for an extended period. We were both nervous, but the teachers and staff went above and beyond to make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The first few days were hard for him, but he settled in quickly.
His teacher shares daily updates with me, and whenever I've raised a concern, the staff has listened and followed up promptly. After my son joined, I got to know a few other families with children in different classrooms, and every one of them has had the same positive experience.
A special shout-out to Ms. Rikkii for making sure Prabir settled in so well. Even though he has since moved to a different classroom, he's still very fond of her.
Overall, I'm very happy with our decision to choose Lightbridge Academy for my son's early years of development.

I love Lightbridge academy especially brown bears my youngest has been enjoying and loving everything about that class!! He adores his teachers and loves all the kids he’s with!!
I like how Lightbridge uses the different types of learning in their curriculum.
My favorite part about Kylie‘s classroom is watching how great her teachers are to accommodate, not only her schedule, but all the other children that are in the classroom. They truly deserve all the recognition!

I like everything. The calendars for both what’s happening on what day at school and the food being served daily. My son always tells me he had a great day when I pick him up, and he’s always smiling. I love the staff. Each and every one of them knows the children and treat them as if they were their own. I absolutely love Lightbridge Academy! What I appreciate most is how welcoming, caring, and supportive the environment is. The teachers truly care about the children and go above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they’re here.
I also love how much the children are able to learn through fun, hands on activities and how the school keeps families involved and informed. There is a strong sense of community, and you can really see the effort the staff puts into creating a positive environment for both the children and their families.
Lightbridge Academy feels like more than just a daycare it feels like a second home for the children. I’m grateful to be part of such a caring and dedicated community!
Thorough communication, accountability through video access, clean facility, kind and supportive teachers
The teachers and administration at Lightbridge Academy in Randolph are wonderful. We have been with them for almost 5 years and we feel like they are part of our family and support us and truly care for our family.
I absolutely love this daycare! The teachers are truly the best they are so caring, patient, and really take the time to work with my daughter. She loves them so much that she talks about them even when she’s home! They have also been amazing with her potty training she was fully potty trained in just two weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the care and support she receives here.
