I like everything about the program. My child enjoy his day a 100%. Most of the things that we mention for him, they always take care of it.
Only thing that could've been more better is talking to kids more so helps with his speech development.
As a 18 months old he is not talking saying as many words as he should.
Friendly staff, accountability, good activities
My son is so great at Lightbridge Academy. He’s a very Velcro baby, and I started him in Lightbridge to get him used to school before pre-K3 and his experience was fantastic. All the staff members treat him and all the other students with so much kindness. He took a while to adjust the school, because he was just home with myself so to be with other adults and students without mommy was of course a drastic change, but now he helps me pack his lunchbox and he’s excited to go. He starts pre-K 3 in September and he got placed at Lightbridge and I am so ecstatic about his placement! As a teacher myself, I love to watch the progression in students and watch them become comfortable and come out of their shell so to see it and my son has been a wonderful experience!
My son has been attending Lightbridge since he was 1.5 and will soon be 3.5 and we have always had such a positive experience. He has grown so much, gained such a great vocabulary (also in Spanish), and made lots of friends. As parents it is wonderful knowing my son is in an environment where he has fun and feels safe while we work.
I love the quality of care givers you have at your facility. Jocelyn, ms Olivia, ms faina, and ms heroine all have made me feel so safe and comfortable dropping off my son. Ms Jocelyn was the first teacher I ever had and my son was only months old, I had so much anxiety thinking about sending him to daycare but Jocelyn is the first person who made my anxiety go away, I trust her so much and it’s because of her that I learned to send my son here without a heavy heart or worry.

I don’t like the iPads in the classroom. Also the frequent changing of classrooms and teachers. I never know what teachers are a part of the new classroom.
The teachers are awesome! They truly care and love the children!
Very routine & structured days, which our daughter thrives on. The Summer Camp program is excellent with various themes and lots of fun things for the kids to participate in. The director is very friendly & approachable.
I love how all the faculty and staff love my children and care about them. Even teachers that don’t regularly have my children know who they are. I trust that the teachers are taking care of my children.
I feel very heard as a parent. The directors and teachers have been very accommodating to our needs. I love the camera access. The facility is also very clean. I can’t say enough good things.

Recognition of staff who consistently demonstrate dedication, compassion, and loyalty to both their work and the children in their care.
More frequent diaper checks and changes are also needed to help prevent diaper rash. This was a recurring concern for my child. It was difficult to leave her in the care of people I trusted, only for her to return home in pain due to infrequent diaper changes.
Payment plans since tuition is as much as rent nowadays, way too expensive.
Ms Kopal and her Team are amazing ! I highly recommend this center. They are so good with children and also accommodate families needs. I’ll never send my children anywhere else!
My son's class has been without a teacher for almost a month now. The teacher in his class is overwhelmed and does not teach the kids. He had juts started to understand potty training and she is not working with them at all so he is falling behind.
This program is not only ran by excellent leaders, but it is also the closest thing to family away from family for all its staff, as well as children and families who attend this school. I love this place!
Things aren’t communicated in a timely fashion, Im pretty sure my child’s class has been out of ratio on multiple occasions, I hardly get pictures, and the justification for it all is that theres new kids getting adjusted to the class. I think the only resolution is having teachers trained to be able to handle all aspects of their responsibilities and communicate more effectively. Also, not letting parents know Miss Megan was leaving was wild and it’s even wilder that Miss Alyssia is solo for two weeks in the meantime. The parents deserve better communication than that and Miss Alyssia deserves some support.

We truly appreciate Ms. Marissa and Ms. Nataly for all the love, care, and support they give Ekaa every day. They are kind, friendly, and always create a warm and welcoming environment. Ekaa has learned so much under their guidance, including being independent, speaking many new words and many new motor and creative skills. They are patient, helpful, and genuinely care about every child's growth and happiness. We are so grateful to have such wonderful teachers!
There many activities and the curriculum is followed ,through out the day the children have a schedule and are active.
The infant room teachers have been incredible, and it’s so clear how much they genuinely care about the children. From the very beginning, we’ve been able to see how much they love Luka, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands every day.

Khakis is the best class EVER. My son is strong willed and feisty, and Priscila, Yudely, and Elizabeth are absolute rockstars every single day. They’re the best. He loves being there.
The teachers are absolutely amazing! Everyone from the Directors to the teachers care so much about the kids it’s so comforting. My kids have learned so much and have fun doing it. We are sooo happy with this school.
