The service provided

Our Zerorez cleaner was a great guy. He was not only on time but called to say he was early. He came and looked at our "spot" carpet problem and said, "With enough vacuum he could suck all of the dirty water up and remove our spots. So he went over our carpet two or three extra times to be sure to pull all of the grime up from the spots that had been a problem. The carpet looks great.

He was a good representative of the company. He was eager and both a hard worker and an efficient employ. He kept us informed of what he was doing at each step of the way. I give him 10 Stars out of 10!!It was interesting to watch him work. He followed work/sales manual step by step from his introduction of him and of the company. By following the work training manual to a "T." All the way to ending with upselling a couple of products. He did it in a good and short time according to the trading manual with zero applied pressure allowing be to say yes or now.

I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. BTW, this was my first time using them.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The first time the technician was new and unsure of exactly what he was doing and the results showed his inexperience. Yesterday, the technician was experienced, efficient, polite, extremely, helpful, did and outstanding job and I couldn't have been more pleased! He even volunteered to carry a six foot ladder up a steep hill with a lot of steps and put it into my car for me, cheerfully, with no questions asked. He seem shocked but very grateful when I gave him a hefty tip for his work which was far beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, I never caught the young man's name so I'm unable to give them the full credit he deserves. I did learn that he was 31 years old and he and his wife are 13 weeks pregnant with their first child and looking forward to their next ultrasound when they hope to learn the gender of their first born child.

I would recommend Zerorez, particularly with this technician without any hesitation whatsoever to anyone needing the services that Zerorez offers. Not only was their work outstanding but their prices were extremely reasonable and their service was above and beyond any company I have worked with i have worked with in many years.

I would easily give them five stars or more if they were available.
