The service technicians have always been very professional, friendly and efficient. They take their time and often stop to explain/show how an area is being cleaned. I've never felt pressured into additional service or treatment options while they are on the job but I'm interested in their suggestions on how to maintain our furniture and carpet to help with future cleaning needs. I've always been satisfied with the level of clean they are able to achieve!
