The carpets are always clean. I like the fact that Zerorez uses purified water and not water from my house. The workers always clean up and are polite. I have used Zerorez for years and have always been happy with their work.

We had an excellent experience with John, the owner of the company and his wife/partner. I highly recommend their services for the following reasons:
1. Excellent customer service over the phone in making the appointment and getting a thorough explanation of the process;
2. All natural ionised saline solution, which left zero odor;
3. Fast and meticulous process;
4. Heavy stains I did not think would come out were lifted and the rug looked like new;
5. Carpets dried in the time specified (stairs took a bit longer but same day);
6. The dirty water was carried away in the truck — not dumped out on the property;
7. My highly skepticism husband was very relieved that it turned out so beautifully and no smell or extended dampness resulted.
