The technician who came to the house was well informed, clear about what was needed, and made recommendations that made sense and didn’t feel like an upsell. The work was excellent, and the carpets he cleaned looked amazing. I also appreciate that they were safe for the cats.

You have an employee named Tyler K. He has done rooms in our home three times. All with outstanding results. He's polite, kknowledgeable,, and very respectful. My suggestion is hire more Tylers.

He explained what I needed to do with my carpets to get best outcome and how it would be done & products to be used.

He did an awesome job. Dirty, stained areas are now nice & clean, smells nice & vacuumed up in a breeze. No hard, crunchy residue at all. Best experience with carpet cleaning service ever!

I moved into a rental that the previous tenants failed to clean. They had dogs and the house smelled like it. Zerorez cleaned all the carpet in my house, including in the huge basement den, and now the lingering smell is GONE. Highly recommended to any renters moving in - now I know the carpet is clean and my house smells fresh! 1000% pleased.
