Very professional and priced well.

The technician did a very good, thorough job with the carpets, he took great care to clean up the water at the edge of the carpet on the wood floor and was also very careful with the woodwork around doorways. This guy is a keeper - I wish I could recall his name. The deodorizing spray prior to treatment made a huge difference and was well worth the extra cost.

Great customer service. Carpets never looked so good. Looks almost like when they were first put in. Josh was polite, attentive and made sure he did the job thoroughly and explain the process he's was doing. This is my 3rd time to use Zerorez.

Zerorez cleaned 3 rugs and they look great. When they were here I was pitched to purchase Microseal, their sealing stain/repellent. We agreed to have our sectional $150 and 1 rug $80 sealed. The process was lightly spraying a mist from a plastic spray bottle. In hindsight I would not have done this process. It was way overpriced for the process and amount of product used.
