Had all carpets cleaned. They look beautiful even though they are old. Dried in good time, The only thing I did not like is that window of two hours in the appt. time, I was not told about it so when my time came I didn't know why noone was here to clean and no phone call, My whole day was ruined because of waiting around.

Carpets are clean and restored to nearly new condition. Tech was professional, hard-working and on time.

Dried quickly. The sweet floral scent that I kept smelling disappeared with the drying. The tech thought it might be related to the carpet and pad. I am thinking it could be related to prior cleaning solutions used by competitors. Your technician knew what he was doing and was efficient.
