Employee was very professional and helpful. My carpet is 14 years old and had never been professionally cleaned after years of two big dogs. The carpet looks shades lighter, however there are pet stains that came back even though they were specially treated. I am selling my home and I think it looks well enough for sale. Did a great job on a tough house

Preferred when you sent 2 men who could move some things and clean under, such as coffee table. Too much prep needed by your elderly clients.
