The customer service from scheduling to follow up to confirmation was top notch. I especially appreciated that there was a human voice and not an AI generated message to answer calls intermittently between scheduling and appointment. Also, the actual in-service work conducted by Gabe was excellent. He was timely and knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain what to expect. He also informed me of other services available we may consider in the future.

The solution removes tough stains and is fast drying. Devin was the tech who did the cleaning and he was amazing. He was very efficient and did a great job showing me on some stains (cat vomit) how well the solution works. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I would use Zerorez for my future carpet cleanings.
