Convenience, fast service, attentive to needs with helpful suggestions, but not overselling, which is refreshing. The techs are always professional and prompt. We use your services for our office and it works for us, but I have to say your residential service is even better. Our tech did offer to use the other equipment, however, everyone was still in their offices and on the phone, etc. so we waived it off since our carpets weren't too dirty and he let us know it would be kinda loud. technician was prompt,courteous and did a good job. unfortunately an area reappeared after drying and another technician came the next day and reapplied solution to that area. spot didn't disappear but through no fault of you. we would use again.

What I DON'T like is that s fewdays before you came I was told to vacuum. I am disabled and it was hard to find someone to come help me vacuum. Other carpet companies asked me to vacuum.
