I love that no detergents are used and therefore no residual soft left in my carpet. I especially like that steam isn't used, which sets pet stains rather than remove them completely.

The carpet (and upholstery) comes out so clean, without a damp, musty smell in the house nor the roughness or “crunch” that detergent leaves behind. Also, it’s safer for pets, children and allergy sufferers.
