I was very appreciative of the honesty of my technician. I had scheduled a duct cleaning along with other services. He took pictures inside my hvac system and showed me I didn't need a cleaning. He could have easily just kept quiet and hooked up the cleaner and made free money but he did not.

We had our vents and carpet cleaned. The team was very professional, polite arrived on time and explained what they were going to do Took their time and showed us pictures of our filthy vents Carpet dried quickly although I edited for next day to move things back. Highly recommend.

The tech we had was amazing. He was polite and very thorough in his work. The best zero rez tech I’ve ever had. Definitely want him to come back and do my carpets and tiles in the future. If you can let him know, I would appreciate it unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but I was scheduled for service on October 6 between 10 and 1 PM and he came shortly after 10 AM. So first off they were right on time, introduced themselves, and shook my hand. We all walked thru the house as I told them what I needed. They started and finished in a very timely manner, and it all looked brand new! The price was exactly what they quoted. Very pleasant experience and I tipped them well for an excellent job. I had both tile and carpet done. You will never go wrong with this efficient company, and workers who seemed to like their job.
