Your carpet cleaning is the best we’ve had in the last 8 years. We also like having the deodorizers and stain removal (with 3 dogs and a cat it is a necessity.)

This last visit we had an unusual stain on a couple of stairs. The technician tried several removers until he found the one that worked. That was diligence and dedication. It was much appreciated.

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Zerorez, particularly regarding the resolution of a recent concern.

Initially, we had a concern that some areas of our building were not thoroughly cleaned by the technician during a recent service. We reached out to Zerorez, and we were very impressed by the prompt follow-up email we received on Monday morning.

John, the manager, then personally came to our building to conduct a walk-through and address our concerns. He was extremely friendly and efficiently completed the areas that needed further attention. The promptness and professionalism with which Zerorez addressed our complaint and ensured our satisfaction were truly incredible.

Great service and employees do excellent work

Brian was very professional, very pleasant and easy to converse with. He did a splendid job on the rugs and was very efficient. He was careful in placing items to protect the furniture from the hoses. Also provided guidance on what to do to allow the rugs to dry properly. I would highly recommend their services as they deliver favorable results.

Torin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My carpet looks great and it didn't take long to dry!
