Walk-through and use his stain product where needed and then proceeded with cleaning the carpet very good sense of urgency job well done in and out!! We've NEVER used any other carpet cleaning company but Zerorez! We have lived in our home since late 1999 and had new light colored carpeting put in three years ago. It was time for a refresh. You sent out your technician Ronnie who did a great job cleaning our carpets! He's cheerful and knowledgeable, a great representative of your company!
