Had such an amazing experience! Daniel came out and cleaned the carpets and rugs at my rental that I was moving out of and cleaned the rugs at our new home. He took such care and explained the entire process of the cleaning. He gave me all of my options and didn't try to pressure me into any extra services or add ons. He will be on the top of my list of technicians to ask for anytime I have them out to our home.

Ben was on time and very kind and professional. He did an exceptional job and was especially thorough in cleaning my stairs. They were immaculate . The carpets always take much longer to dry than expected 12 hours instead of eight —even with fans blowing on them. I only use Zerorez. They are the very best. I have used them once a year for more years than I can remember.

I had such a great first experience with Zerorez. Our techs were kind, professional, and very informative. They took their time, were detailed in making sure our home was thoroughly cleaned, and were so careful about protecting our space. I love that Zerorez doesn’t use any harsh chemicals—it gave me peace of mind for my family. And honestly, it was so satisfying to watch all the dirt being extracted!
