Driver called to advise he was on the way. Showed up just a few minutes later. He was very courteous, did a GREAT job. After completing everything he explained how long it would take for the carpet to dry - suggested I keep fans on to help the process. Took his time while talking to me, made eye contact, and did not rush out the door to get to the next job.
I highly recommend Zerorez. This is the third time in 3 - 4 years I have called them to clean my carpets. Before and after holidays, gatherings, etc. They get the job done right the first time. Price is fair. This last time was to prep my townhome for selling, and it looks GREAT!
