Jon McBride did an amazing job and I am very grateful that he was able to remove and treat an area on a cushion where my older cat had an accident. Not only was Lloyd on time but he was early! He was knowledgable and answered all our questions before he started. We had the tile floor in one bathroom and 2 rooms of carpet cleaned and couldn’t be happier.
