Very impressed with the technicians who worked on cleaning our sofa. Mark was exceptionally clear in communicating with us. He was very helpful in guiding us around when to resume sitting on it. Also his communication skills were clear on what he does, chemicals used and on arrival of crew to pick up rugs.
Did a very good job
I inquired online the night before. They called me the next morning (day before getting new couches) and they were at my house cleaning the carpets the same day!!! I’m so thankful for the phone call or I wouldn’t have had clean carpets to bring in my new couches. My finished basements feels brand new. We had two fans going to dry faster in time for couch delivery.
The workers were great, listened to my concerns and made sure all was well.
First, the technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job! I also like that you use your own water and with steam it doesn't take as long to dry.
