Customer service is great, it was easy to schedule my appt and the information was clear and straightforward. Our tech was communicative, prompt and professional. What I didn't like was sthat there was some pressure to add additional services. I appreciate that they did discount those services, but why have a charge that needs to be challenged.

Carpets were very wet wheh they left, and some are sill not dry (24 hours later.)
