Always pleased with quality of procedure done to clean carpet. Service provider did a good job but was not as informative on what he would be doing and wasn't as friendly as previous service providers have been.

What i like about your carpet cleaning service is that my 15-year old stairs and hallway carpets with dark track marks actually looked clean afterwards! Plus i got a first time customer discount.
