Our service was for duct cleaning. The service tech arrived as announced, put on "shoe covers" and surveyed vent and return locations.
He explained what he would be doing in the cleaning process. He placed shields on door casings to prevent damages from hoses.
He took great care in handling the hoses so as not to cause any damage to furniture etc.

The job was completed in a timely and professional manor. We would definitely recommend the Company and the service tech(Brian Hunt) .

But ...

There. Was a $25 unexplainef fee or service fee that was charged on my bill that I spoke to a ZeroRes rep. Before the appointment. They provided a $25 subtraction on my bill to go ahead with the service and I agreed but i was stil charged a $25 "service fee". The reason I called ZeroRes was for the deal for $129 buy 3 rooms get one free.... Not $154. Plus taxes and Tip I also paid for. ZeroRes should advetise a $154 special...buy three room get 1
Free not $129. I also live in a small condo with small rooms and in my bedroom i didnt want to remove the bed so only had extremly small area to be cleaned. Thank You.
