The gentleman who came to clean was on time, professional, polite and clear in his assessment and the charges. He was able to remove some pet stains and I am very happy with the results.

Marvin did a great job! Zerorez is expensive but worth every penny! They did a great job cleaning carpets as well as throw rugs. Quite the up sale on additional treatment options. But I jumped on it. Three bedrooms, carpeted stairwell and up-stairs bedroom / living area base charge was $500. Added pet / carpet protection treatment increased the price to $800 and two throw rugs added about an additional $250. Marvin arrived on time and was less than four hours getting it done. A realtor in our neighborhood highly recommended Zerorez and so do we!
