Jay, our technician, was professional and courteous. Upsold us on a few items and well worth it. Would recommend him and will ask for him for any future cleanings we do. I work remotely from home and he was considerate of the noise he was making and wanted to make sure I was an inconvenience. This is our fourth time using them and it’s the reason our carpets continue to look new and fresh.

Would like you to find a way to remove water stains on upholstered furniture. It can be done. Vinegar and water works. Also need a way to effectively clean trafficked paths. It’s an industry problem, but it also should be able to be accomplished with today’s technology in cleaning products.

I have used zero rez for years and they never dissapoint. Alex was exceptional. He did a fantastic job, pointed out things where needed to be pointed out. Did not pressure me to add on or purchase any extra sprays..etc..he explained, yet never pushed it when I said no. He was great!
