Carpets came out looking great. Traffic carpet areas match up to the non-traffic sections. Bradley B was our technician and he was very informative and respectful, and he did his job well! We hope to get to have them come out again next time on our future carpet cleaning appointment.

There were no strong chemical smells, which is extremely great for this household, as several of us have asthma. Dominic explained what he would be doing and about how long it would take for the carpet to dry. He was very personable as well as professional. The job was done well and we are very pleased with work and experience. We will definitely contact Zerorez again as needed to clean the carpet.
