We've used Zerorez for our carpets and rugs for over 20 years I think. After the first servicing we knew we would go nowhere else. Friendly, professional, prompt, sensitive to our household belongings, and of course superior cleaning!
Our service technician, Ernest, was extremely courteous and thorough. There was a glitch with the service - it was to include a room, a stairway, and a sofa, but the the technician discovered that the equipment for cleaning the sofa had been removed from his truck. He worked with his manager and us to reschedule our service to later the same day. He kept us informed when he was on his way to our address and arrived in a timely fashion. He walked us through the areas he serviced to make sure we were satisfied and to explain typical drying times and what to do and not to do while the areas were still wet. We appreciate his deep dedication to customer satisfaction.
