The employee, John, was very prompt and careful and answered my questions. After the carpet dried, it was very streaked where the brush had gone back and forth. John came back and used a carpet rake on it and it looked great!

The product is amazing. The carpets do not feel sticky or tacky. We just basically wanted to refresh the carpets and did not have stains or high traffic areas so I cannot speak to that potential for the product but we are please with the service and the pricing was fair.
