The technician was very informative about our pet mess situation. All the rooms were so clean when finished and the dry time was quick within 4 hours. The room with the pet urine extraction was longer because a pad extraction was done.

I like the fact there is no residue left on the caarpet . The two technicians were great and did an excellent job. They even came back because I had neglected to ask them to move a recliner to clean under it. I have used this service for many years and am very pleased with it.
