My service tech Steve was amazing. He was very professional, explained everything in detail prior starting. Steve also previously cleaned our other home in Loganville.

Steve stressed the importance of being careful coming down the stairs while the carpet was still damp.

I have used Zerorez for years, they always have done a great job. This last time I felt like the technician was trying to over charge me, I ask for sanitizing the carpets and he said each room was $80.00 per room, I said no way! in the past I have paid less. He then came back and said he would do it for $40.00 per room, I said ok.
They had a special going on for $40.00 per room, I thought what a great deal then my bill ends up being $205.00 for the two bedrooms...WOW!
