answered all my questions. He did his best on this old and abused carpet. I like the product; if I had known about this company years ago, I would have always called Zeroze. My carpets would have lasted longer. I will continue to call Zeroze for my cleaning because the product used is an excellent cleaning method, and I will request Joel and schedule on a day he can clean .
