Very pleased with the carpet cleaning services today. Carpets look great. While I ended up paying a bit more than planned, it was okay as I was able to have an additional room cleaned. It would be nice if you are more upfront about what is included in the $99 special as the stain guard treatment was additional.
Also, we had the ducts/vents service yesterday. While I was pleased with the service, we ended up spending much more out of pocket than expected by almost $1000. Again, it would be great if you could be more upfront about the service and charges that are required to get the best results and protection, i.e. sanitation, purifier, etc.

Service Technician was very knowledgeable about his products and equipment. He sprayed the problem areas and paid great attention to the stains in my carpet. The two men that did our cleaning were great. Explained what they were going to do in detail. Checked out the one bad stain that we had and told us what to expect and followed through very well. They took great care to protect our home (e.g. corner protectors so that the hoses/cords did not damage walls or furniture). Carpets turned out beautifully clean and not waterlogged like other cleaners we have used in the past. Very satisfied!
I always use and recommend Zerorez. They're on time. The carpets dry quickly and stay clean longer because they don't use detergents.

Carpet was clean not sticky. The service man that came out was wonderful he explained what he was doing and answered our many questions. They used their water and showed us what came out of the carpet. Explained all of the services but wasn’t pushy
Moved my furniture and then replaced it with little pieces under the legs so that the carpet would dry good

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. I like the professionalism and follow through with customer service. The tech was kind and friendly. I was on a Zoom meeting in another room. The machine was so quiet , I was surprised to find the cleaning had begun. The carpet looked nice and dried by the morning.
