We were suppose to pick up our rug when the rains came, we asked if they could hold our rug until Tuesday, which is today we went to pick up our rug and i was satisfied with the rug but my husband said that one color was not as bright as the other color that should of be the same brightest , but he said if i was ok with it will take it.
When we paid for it the guys said since my husband wasn't satisfied he gave us a discount and we thought that was very nice of him.
Yes i would recommend this company for anyone to have their rug cleaned.

The best part of our experience was our technician, Mike. He was very personable, polite and provided us with great education. He also did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We will request him the next time we need carpet cleaning services.

super. He really worked the carpets over and got them like new and they are 30 years old.
