The services was great. I had some anxiety not knowing what you expect as my friend has just been scammed by a different carpet cleaning company. Alex was in communication morning of my appointment and let me know exactly when you expect him. He showed up and conducted himself in a professional manner. We walked and spoke about the areas he would be cleaning as well as expectations on certain stains we had. He had a great personality and was thoughtful. Once he finished, he walked me back through to go over the work he had done. I was shocked and overjoyed with how great it looked. I actually sent his information to my girlfriends. All in all it was a great experience and my house smelled like an orange orchard after. It was delightful. I will definitely use and recommend Zerorez to everyone. My husband and I especially liked the novela video advertisement that was in the webpage. We got a good laugh out of it.
