Zerorez technicians arrived on time but I was the one 15-20 min away to reach home, I appreciate the grace period of 30 min. Also, both technicians were answering my questions, provided options that I didn't know that could be incorporated for area rugs to be cleaned at home, and last minute decisions were met with a positive attitude! I appreciate all the hard work and very satisfied with the final cleaned carpets. Thank you!

My 35- to 40- year-old white (!) carpeting needed cleaning. The stains included pet stains, water mineral stains, and coffee stains. I never expected the carpeting to look perfect. Some stains remain, but others which I thought were impossible to remove are nearly gone. Now the carpet is sanitary and soft to walk on. Pete worked like a trooper. He spent five hours (!) here and only took a brief lunch break. I can't thank him enough for his hard work and pleasant personality. Zerorez rocks!

I like the fact that you focus on a natural non-chemical based product and that your technicians are so pleasant and good to deal with. We used your company for the first time for rug and chair upholstery cleaning. Very happy with the results.

I like that the product and technique ZeroRez uses. It doesn't leave a soap residue in my carpets. However, I do wish the technicians would not be in such a rush to get the job done. Take just a little bit more time to thoroughly make sure you are getting all dirt removed. When doing stairs, I've never had anyone who used the big "wand" (not sure what the tool is they use for cleaning carpets. I've always had them use a smaller "wand" as I felt the stairs could have been cleaned better. Overall, their process is great as the carpets dry quickly and look really good. Thanks,
