Scott called when he was en route to my house, as promised, and arrived at my preferred time. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and worked hard. He was careful and respectful to all areas of my home, the newly refinished wood floors etc. My carpets look great and the house smells so fresh. It was nice to witness Scott take such pride in his work and to work so hard.
