My technician was wonderful and very professional. He listened to what I needed, told me ahead of time how the process would work, and then showed me everything he had done on the back end. The best part is everything is so fresh and clean!

The technician came on time and did a good job. He cleaned the areas of the carpet we had concern about and I think he sucked up the cleaners used the better than the last time we had our carpets done. As a result, I think the carpets dried up faster.

I have used Zerorez because of the non chemical cleaning method. I have had numerous items cleaned…..upholstery, floor tile, carpet, area rugs. It has always been a good experience for me. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and timely.

Very easy to set up the appointment. No giant time window, came when they said they would be there and communicated clearly all steps and everything that was included in the estimate. Carpet cleaner was friendly, efficient and professional. Carpet looks and smells great!

Lisa and her team were very professional, polite and helpful. Where I was unable to move heavy furniture, they assisted me. My stairs look so much better and there was only one stubborn stain that could not be removed completely. The whole experience was excellent and I was delighted that Lisa rang me the next day to check that everything had dried properly and that there were no issues.

I shall be recommending them to others and indeed, one of my neighbours has already asked me for the contact details.
