The scheduling was easy, the communication was great, Charles the technician was superb and the results were excellent. The cleanliness of the carpets exceeded our expectations. We were afraid that because we went with the lowest price (another plus) we were going to get a less than desirable experience. Nothing could be further from the truth. Can’t say enough good things about Charles. He was professional, courteous and completely thorough in his explanation of the process. He paused several times to make sure we were happy with the results and give us the chance to change course if we wanted to. If Charles is representative of the whole Zerorez company, we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful service! Have used them for several years to clean my tile and grout in my kitchen/breakfast room. 1st time using them to clean my 10x12 oriental rug did a great job!

Casey called and informed me of his ETA, he was on time, and very polite cordial. Did walk through and he was at it immediately. When he was finished we did a walk through, chatted briefly, took care of the payment ans he cleaned up and was in his way. Great tech you have in Casey- he’s a keeper. 5 stars!
