He used the agitator to expose the deepest areas of the carpet and then applied the stain solution, in a few places, twice, from what I understood. He also recommended their powdered cleaner mix for in-between services. In addition, he was very good-natured despite the chaos outside my home, as many service trucks were parked around my home, and there were workers up and down the ladder, repairing my balcony. Kudos!
