This is the second time I have used your service and I was not disappointed. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. My carpets look amazing!

I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone for the time that met my schedule. The representative, Jenny, was responsive, personal and professional as she detailed the areas and treatments I wanted to have performed.
Auggie was on time for the appointment, went over all areas to be completed prior to starting, gave me his opinion on areas and then started the cleaning process. Once completed Auggie went over drying time and other items of note. Once the carpet was dried There were no issues with what had been completed.

This was our first experience with Zerorez and I am so glad we choose them to clean our carpets. Our technician, Q, kept us informed of his arrival time and once he arrived he did a great job. We had a few stubborn stains that came back overnight so I called and Q came back a couple of days later. Carpets look great ! I was thrilled at how quickly I was able to schedule my cleaning. My technician was prompt, professional, efficient and thorough. He also was very knowledgeable on how best to treat my sectional and rug. He also recommended odor protection which I’m glad I did. My couch and rug have never looked or smelled so good. I am so thankful for this service! I’ll be doing this consistently so they don’t get as dirty again. And going forward I’m going to request the same technician for my services. Thank you!

Craig got my carpet so clean, it's beautiful! He called early to confirm what time he would arrive, arrived early and was extremely professional. He did some light moving of items after requesting permission. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Craig and Zerorez if you want your commercial office carpet looking great again!
