Carpet not saturated like Stanley Steamer. Dries more quickly. Spots gone. Employee was on time, professional and friendly. I would request him again.

Technician was friendly, relatable and professional. He took care to protect our home and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. We were impressed with the processes used. We didn't have a chance to see how the carpets turned out as they were in the basement of the townhome we were renting and the carpet cleaning was done as part of our final move out requirement after our moving truck was loaded and we left town following the cleaning.
