I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez. Their website made scheduling and getting an estimate a breeze. The text and email follow-ups were timely and helpful. On the day of service, the technician was respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers and working efficiently. He provided clear instructions on how long the cleaning would take and when we could walk on the carpets again for the best results. The entire process was quick and easy, and they did an outstanding job!

Chris is a nice person. My carpets are 16 years old. I still have some stains on stairs and in living room, although I was assured that my carpets were clean. I know that some stains just must not come out. Chris is a hard worker, and I think that he did the best that the product will do. W waited until the next day to put everything back in place.

The gentleman at my house did an absolutely wonderful job. I had renters in my home that I found out after they moved had 6 dogs living in here. There was dog hair everywhere and the carpets looked horrific. I used 3 different vacuums and a push broom in hopes to get the dog hair out, but nothing I did worked and there was hair EVERYWHERE! The gentleman came out and cleaned the carpets and surpassed all my expectations-we were moving back into the home on the same day so I was extremely grateful for how well he did. The carpets almost look brand new again (minus where the dogs dug under the doors) We did have one slight snafu, but Zerorez corrected it immediately and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I would def recommend them 10/10.
