Cody and Austin called before they arrived and were very professional. I learned the difference between Zerorez and regular carpet cleaning. I was pleased with the results! I wish the area rugs could have been done in my home but they have to be sent to their rug wash warehouse for a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this company out of Knoxville!

Our technician was on-time, thorough and polite. We have used Zerorez before-I think this has been the best our carpets have looked in a long time. He used the steamer, which I don’t remember the other technicians using. He did a fantastic job! I would ask for him the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Zerorez team called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Came in and looked over the job, I asked a few questions and listened to their suggestion which ended up with us adding another section. They were fast, thorough and the carpet looks and smells great. Definitely worth hiring zerorez

Zerorez does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. They were able to get out some longstanding stains a few visits ago and my carpet has looked good ever since. They are also very good at communicating with me about options and listen to my concerns and requests. I'll use them again in the future for sure.
