I love the efficient way your technicians come out and assess the home and clarify everything before starting the cleaning process. They answer all my questions. The technicians who have come out, have always been courteous, respectful, kind, and professional. My carpet looks amazing afterwards! I added protectant for the highly traveled areas, to aid in keeping the carpet looking clean longer. I love Zerorez, and will call no one else to clean my carpets.

QUick and efficient and friendly

Hard working employees and very efficient. They explained what they would be doing and that I might encounter a longer drying time because of the high humidity that was expected and how I could speed up the drying. Before any wok was done the job was verified as was the cost so there were no surprises. They were very careful while moving from room to room with their equipment. All I know about the products used is that they seem to have done their job. All carpets look very good.
