This is the first time we used ZeroRez. The carpets looked amazing after Gabriel finished the job. Gabriel was very profession and explained the steps that he would take for the cleaning. He protected the corners of the walls by using a barrier so no marking or damage would take place. I will not hesitate to use ZeroRez again.

You are the BEST carpet cleaning service we have ever used in the 37 years we have lived here. BUT, this time, our regular guy called in sick and usually we have been the first job of the day and he shows up around 8:20 AM or so, with an advance call that he is on his way. No one showed up or called by 10 AM. I called and complained. People get sick ... I get that .. BUT your customer service person should have contacted us as to what was going on. We got up especially early to have everything ready for an earlier arrival time.

worked well, not too wet. Still some stains in light carpet in bedroom but still an improvement considering old carpet.

This is my 3rd or 5th time using Zerorez since i heard about it on the old GLENN BECK RADIO show back in 2015. They have great customer service, great techs, great water base-chemical products that is very good. My carpet looks new again and i had lots of stains form soda spills and coffee spills. Highly recommend them over any other companies. Thank You !
