Excellent job cleaning 3 rooms of carpet and 3 rooms of tile. They looked brand new! Our technician even got out a bad stain in our guest bedroom. We love Zerorez!

I was saddened when I heard that the crew is no longer allowed to move furniture to clean the carpet. I'm 67 and it is hard to move everything myself. It was a much-needed part of the service.

The staff is friendly and easy to schedule appts with. We had three people call who were able to come ahead of our window but we weren’t ready. It wasn’t a problem to keep our s heckled time. The carpet cleaner who worked on our carpets was very thorough and checked over his work. He had a lot of places to pretreat and the finished work looks so good!!
