I wasn't totally satisfied with a couple of areas and they sent a tech back to redo the areas of concern promptly and with no additional charge. I'm much happier with the adjustment. I recently had a turmeric stain on the living room carpet. A Zerorez technician soon responded to my request for assistance, and knew what to do had the knowledge, materials and tools to proceed. It took awhile but the cost was reasonable and the carpet is nice.
