Tech did a good job

I liked the non-chemical process and the fact that the carpet isn’t soaked. No residual odor and the overall clean feel and look of the carpet. My technician, Cody, was just an extremely exceptional individual. It was very apparent that he truly cared and wanted a satisfied customer. Will definitely use ZeroRez again!!

The technician was very friendly, professional and did great work! He verified the square footage to be cleaned before we started and I agreed to the pricing before he performed any work. He put corner guards on any corner where his pipe could come in contact with something. He communicated and telegraphed what he planned to do before he did it. He performed good work, but also worked quickly. He was very conscientious and even mopped our wood floor on the way out. We were very pleased with the work and plan to use Zerorez again in the future.

Very nice cleaning. We don't worry about our pets because there are no toxins in the cleaning product. The tech did a nice job. The only complaint I have is that the tech wore his shoes and said he couldn't put on shoe covers due to insurance. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have your carpets cleaned and then have the tech walk all over them with shoes, especially for us because we are adamant about not wearing shoes in the house, at all. I think you need to invest in some slip-resistant disposable shoe covers for the future.
