Stephen did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. Although the job before ours took much longer than expected he arrived at our home with a smile on his face and was ready to complete another job. He explained the different levels of cleaning and services available. He worked diligently on the heavily trafficked dirty areas and they are greatly improved. I would use Zerorez again and request Stephen.
