The one thing I don’t like are the “fee” prices. I’m ok with fees but I feel these are a little high and should be adjusted for the size of the space.

The technician was great and explained options for taking care of the problem I had - pet pee stains and smell in 2 rooms. The result looked great but - unfortunately - a week later, the smell is still there.

My server came in very knowledgeable went for a tour of the house. Walk-through and use his stain product where needed and then proceeded with cleaning the carpet very good sense of urgency job well done in and out!! Not forgetting to give a quick brief of the drying of the carpet how long before walking on it, etc., and replacing the furniture

We've NEVER used any other carpet cleaning company but Zerorez! We have lived in our home since late 1999 and had new light colored carpeting put in three years ago. It was time for a refresh. You sent out your technician Ronnie who did a great job cleaning our carpets! He's cheerful and knowledgeable, a great representative of your company!
